TL;DR: Its Bad News, but at least we scored some points this week. What does it mean? Well It doesn't look good that's for sure but let us see what we can break down and figure out what lies ahead for us Dolphans. First the obvious. Yesterday's game (11/05/2017 for those from the future) ended 27-24 Oakland victory. That means Miami falls to .500 again at 4-4 and the Raiders improve to 4-5. Miami is still one game behind due to hurricane Irma forcing our game against the Buccs to be moved to week 11. We find ourselves in a bad position and even though last season we made it to the playoffs, we may not even go positive this season. The Good News? We scored points. I know it's a dumb thing to say but we got shut out by the Ravens the week before in a 0-40 slaughter, so being we put up 24 points and lost by only 3 is a step in the right direction if nothing else. This Sunday at the Hard Rock Stadium the Miami Dolphins will host the Oakland Raiders at home. What has changed from our 0-40 embarrassment against the Ravens last Thursday? Ajayi is gone and Cutler is back. Is that good or bad? Well...Let us take a look at how the Dolphins have done this season so far and maybe we can answer that. What we won't have? Ajayi run stats for this season: Attempts: 138 Yards: 465 Average: 3.4 yards Longest: 21 yards TD's: 0 Ajayi receiving stats for this season: Received: 14 Yards: 67 Average: 4.8 yards Longest: 15 yards TD's: 0 As you can see, not so impressive this year as last year. His replacement is of concern due to his lack of experience. with only 10 attempts this season there is not a lot to go off of. This will definitely be a make or break for Kenyan Drake.
